‘Bookmark’ is an employee-led reading forum club.Reading is one of the most powerful tools of growth. We help employees grow and develop and build a communication and sustainable learning couture through reading.
All our employees choose the book they are going to read monthly. They freely discuss what they have read with others. In a process of summarizing and expressing their thoughts verbally and in writing, they spontaneously learn how to digest what they have read.
We share corporate value with our employees’ vision through reading.
An active debate culture and employee-led discussion reinforce teamwork and strengthen collaboration as well as build a sense of ownership.

HURUM Academy
In order for the company to grow with employees, everyone should become a leader.
The company’s role is not to recruit but to nurture talent. Employees should already be leaders or play a leader’s role someday. To stick to initiative and innovative direction, all employees must have a leader’s competence regardless of their job position. HURUM wants all its employees to become leaders.
HURUM Academy is a knowledge-sharing place open every Wednesday. Management and employees freely share their knowledge and knowhow with others. Such sharing of knowledge can create great synergy. Instead of just spreading and sharing knowledge, they are able to solve diverse problems they encounter at work through this activity.

Future Growth Invention Academy
The realization of customer values begins with the effort to make a one-of-a-kind product.
Invention is the creation of a new product and making an existing one disappear at the same time. People prefer an electric fan to a folding fan, and a laundry machine substitutes for a spin dryer. In addition, the smartphone takes over the conventional mobile phone market. When you create value that hasn’t existed before, you can achieve customer satisfaction in the end.
The Future Growth Invention Academy is an invention program that allows participants to see the world from a different perspective with the inventor and CEO Kim Jin Seok, to move away from ideated thinking. If a person is well-educated and trained for invention, he/she is able to come up with good, creative ideas spontaneously. We take the initiative in building the type of culture in which all our employees keep creating intellectual property and are bold enough to take action.

Change and innovation are the reasons why a company exists. We hope that our challenge would eventually bring about a better world.
"If a customer feels uncomfortable or needs something, it might be a business opportunity!” – The goal to offer a healthy table to the world by spreading the fresh and nutritious taste of yogurt led to the creation of the non-electric homemade Yogurt Maker. That’s why we continue promoting innovative R&D for ‘Healthy and Happy Humankind’.
If we can share our experience and challenge creativity and innovation, we will be there, from schools and small lectures to TV shows. We enjoy sharing thoughts about the rapidly changing environment and thinking about sustainable future growth engines and values.
